Tim Walters, Partner & Principal Analyst with Digital Clarity, is set to speak at the International Systems Group Conference in Rome, Italy on June 19 – 21, 2013.

The conference theme is “IT at the crossroads – using cloud, mobile, and social to create business value.” Tim will speak on Friday, June 21 at 1:15pm with a talk entitled “Building a customer-centric company: The transition from content management to customer engagement management.” He will also speak the same day at 2:30pm with a presentation about “Putting social to work: Avoid the common reasons for the failure of enterprise social.”
