Content and e-commerce have historically been separate countries, with their own languages, customs, and areas of expertise. But customers’ demands for great experiences are forcing these countries to work more closely together. Companies now have to understand the continuum from optimal content that prompts a transaction, and not just once, but over time. Content and e-commerce integration has thus become an essential component of a company’s customer experience management strategy.

This session will examine the technical and organizational challenges arising from content and e-commerce integration, and provide insight into how companies are successfully addressing those challenges in order to meet the needs of their customers.
