Welcome to Just Clarity, the blog of the Digital Clarity Group. At DCG, we’re ultra-focused on helping leaders navigate the digital transformation, and this blog is just one way for us to share our thoughts and further our mission. The consumer empowerment phenomenon is an amazing catalyst for innovation, and whether proactively or reactively, organizations will transform, or they’ll fade to black.

It’s all about engagement. Employee engagement and customer engagement: the keys to productivity and loyalty. These are the core practice areas at DCG, and both are enabled by numerous technologies: content management systems (CMS), enterprise collaboration tools, social technologies, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, portals, analytics, marketing automation, and on and on. Our team of industry analysts has deep interest and expertise in these, so we’ll be writing about them frequently. But more importantly, engagement is fueled by sound strategies and practices carried out by skilled teams. Topics such as web strategy, user experience, content marketing and customer experience will all be discussed on these pages regularly as well. These are practices often side-stepped by most analyst firms, but we have placed them at the center of our attention, and hopefully at the center of yours as well.

As the title of the blog suggests, DCG aims to provide pragmatic, forward-thinking research, analysis and advice that cuts to the heart of the matter and brings clarity to a world of digital ambiguity. As a firm, we’ll provide this clarity through our research, publications, speaking engagements, advisory services and through this blog.
