For years, Digital Clarity Group (DCG) was a leading industry analyst firm, with many analysts covering emerging technology categories and helping brands navigate technology selection. But as the industry evolved—and businesses faced new challenges post-COVID—we saw a greater need for real-world, data-driven insights that agencies and technology vendors could immediately apply to improve performance. That’s why we refocused DCG on what we do best: using our market research skills to help agencies differentiate, win more business, and retain clients while enabling technology vendors to optimize their partner programs.

Steve, who was a DCG board member at the time, served as the initial managing director of VOCalis, crafting the program based on the proven methodologies that made JD Power the global leader in customer satisfaction research.
