Digital Clarity Group Chosen as “Analyst Firm of the Year” by Influencer Relations and “New Firm of the Year” by Institute of Industry Analyst Relations
Industry Accolades Cement 2014 as a Remarkable Year of Growth in Client Engagements and Team Expansion
January 6, 2015, New York – Digital Clarity Group (DCG), the analyst and consulting firm focused on customer experience management (CEM), capped its most successful year to date with two prestigious awards, including being recognized as an Analyst Firm of the Year (AFOTY) in the awards announced by Influencer Relations and New Firm of the Year by the Institute of Industry Analyst Relations (IIAR).
Influencer Relations’ short list of most valuable firms is based on analysis of data gathered from 1,100 respondents in the 2014 Analyst Value Survey, run by Kea Company. The survey, launched in 2000, tracks the value that firms deliver to users of analyst services. From a field of approximately 70 analyst firms, DCG ranked fifth among the top ten global firms, a short list that also included Forrester Research, Gartner, and IDC. DCG was also highly rated in value of software coverage (ranked third) and value to buyers (ranked fourth).
The IIAR is an independent non-profit organization serving the analyst relations (AR) community. Its annual awards are determined by surveying its members and other carefully vetted AR professionals who vote in several main categories: best global firm, best independent firm and best newcomer.

During 2014 we grew our client base by 42% and our subscriber base by 170%, attracted respected talent to our analyst roster, and established industry-leading coverage of the service provider landscape for content and experience management,” noted DCG president and principal analyst Scott Liewehr.
