Digital Clarity Group Continues to Strengthen Roster with the Addition of Research Veteran Connie Moore

connie-mooreNovember 5, 2014, New York – Digital Clarity Group (DCG), the analyst and consulting firm focused on customer experience management (CEM), announced the appointment of Connie Moore as Senior Vice President of Research. In this role, she will be responsible for building out DCG’s research capabilities aimed at helping clients make fact-based decisions about their strategies and tactics.

Moore was a Vice President, Principal Analyst and Research Director at Forrester Research for more than 20 years, where she pioneered new data-driven research on global Bring Your Own Technology trends, forecasted and defined the next generation of business suites, and drove innovative dialog among marketing, business process and IT senior executives about how to succeed at large-scale business transformation. She came to Forrester through the acquisition of Giga Information Group and BIS Strategic Decisions. Connie is a former Director of AIIM International, was Vice President of Product Marketing at TDC, a high tech manufacturer, and a consulting manager at Accenture.

“DCG’s mission is to help companies navigate the outside-in transformation that’s an essential response to digital disruption,” commented Moore. “The disruption goes way beyond technology. CMOs are gaining greater responsibility, CIOs are morphing into CTOs in technology-driven companies, and CxOs are expected to lead transformational customer-centric business processes. The value proposition for analyst firms is also undergoing transformation, with fewer silos and walled gardens, and more solutions, collaboration, and partnerships. I joined DCG because the team is committed to re-thinking the research and advisory business in new and different ways.”
In addition to research management, Moore will also cover the enterprise stack for CEM as a market-facing analyst. Her recognized expertise in business process management (BPM), the future of work, new business models, and organizational change management reinforces DCG’s holistic approach to CEM.

“Transforming the customer experience is so much more than digital marketing,” noted DCG president Scott Liewehr. “With Connie’s knowledge and experience, we are able to address the CEM capabilities and competencies that matter to all senior business executives and leaders in CxO roles, including the CIO and the CTO as well as the CMO.”

Moore is the latest senior professional to join DCG since January 2014, following Christian Walker as principal analyst and industry veteran Kevin Cochrane, who took a seat on DCG’s board. The firm’s growth indicates the increasing demand for advice and guidance on customer experience management as a business practice.
